2009/05/15 The Working Group’s Ontario Standard Documents Committee approved the final version of the documents on April 2, 2009, after consulting with the Real Estate Bar. There are four documents to be used in all deals and one document for use in transactions which are delayed beyond their original closing date. There is a short User Guide to describe how the documents are to be used and completed. There is a Rationale Document which attempts to provide background to the Committee’s decision making process during drafting. The documents are available in French and English.
